    EHS Manager

    About the role

    • Burn is looking for an EHS Manager who will be responsible for developing and enforcing policies that ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant factory. They will be tasked with assessing and mitigating risks, conducting audits, and leading initiatives to meet regulatory and sustainability standards. Additionally, they coordinate safety training, manage incident responses, and serve as the key liaison with government and regulatory bodies.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Design and deliver EHS&S policies, procedures and management systems.
    • Conduct risk assessment process (FMEA, Health and Safety risks, Environmental aspects, and impacts) to mitigate risk.
    • Conduct and respond to health and safety assessment/analysis in the plant to minimise health and safety risks.
    • Establish the correct and safe methods of operations across the company by routinely reviewing safety and sustainability results with plant personnel to maximise facility performance.
    • Come up and ensure compliance with the appropriate OSHA standards to be applied in use of the company assets.
    • Advise management on appropriate measures and standards for the safety of company assets and resources.
    • Coordinate and communicate findings of internal and external audits to management, and ensure conformance is addressed and corrected according to schedule.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
    • Coordinate and oversee the performance of security teams attached to Burn facilities and Burn assets
    • Liaise/Point person on matters to do with EHS&S both internally and externally (NEMA, county government well as Central government)
    • Any other duties are directed by the supervisor.

    Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field
    • 5–8 years of experience in EHS roles, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity
    • Relevant EHS&S Certifications.
    • Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or energy sectors is highly preferred
    • Familiarity with EHS&S software systems.
    • Strong understanding of EHS management systems (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001)
    • Ability to design and implement policies and procedures in line with local and international standards.
    • Skilled in developing and maintaining environmental and safety compliance programs

    Head of Warehouse

    About the role:

    • BURN is looking for a Head of Warehouse to lead warehouse operations across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing best-in-class warehousing strategies to support BURN’s rapid growth.
    • This leadership role will oversee warehouse managers in multiple countries, ensure regional alignment with global inventory and logistics strategies, and lead continuous improvement in warehouse operations, safety, and compliance.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership & Planning
      • Align regional warehouse strategy with global operations, demand planning, production schedules, and country-specific requirements.
      • Lead warehouse budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning across multiple facilities.
      • Contribute to long-term infrastructure planning, including warehouse expansion, automation, and technology adoption.
    • Operational Excellence
      • Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch across multiple countries.
      • Ensure ERP (Microsoft NAV) data accuracy, real-time visibility across sites   and lead regional inventory reconciliation and reporting processes.
      • Drive regional SOP standardisation and enforce compliance with all internal policies and external regulations.
    • Performance Management
      • Set KPIs and SLAs for warehouse operations and ensure continuous performance monitoring.
      • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational bottlenecks or stock discrepancies.
      • Champion cost efficiency initiatives and operational optimisation programs.
    • People Management
      • Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse managers and supervisors across the region.
      • Drive a performance-based culture, set clear objectives, and ensure ongoing training and development.
      • Promote cross-functional collaboration between warehouses, production, logistics, and commercial teams.
    • Risk, Safety & Compliance
      • Ensure all warehouses meet health, safety, and environmental regulations.
      • Oversee security protocols and risk mitigation strategies for high-value inventory.
      • Lead audits and ensure full regulatory compliance across warehousing activities.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
    • 10+ years of progressive experience in warehouse/logistics management, with at least 4 years in a regional leadership role.
    • Strong expertise in ERP systems (Microsoft NAV preferred), warehouse automation, and inventory management best practices.
    • Experience managing multi-site warehouse operations, ideally in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organisational change.
    • Excellent analytical, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
