    Freelance Animator (Need-Based Engagement)

    Responsibilities

    The selected animator(s) will be responsible for:

    •  Creating high-quality 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, or explainer videos as per client briefs.
    •  Developing storyboards, character designs, and visual concepts.
    •  Editing and refining animations based on feedback.
    •  Ensuring timely delivery while maintaining creativity and technical precision.
    •  Collaborating with Digimatt’s design and marketing teams to align animations with brand guidelines.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    The ideal consultant(s) for this assignment should possess the following qualifications and experience;

    •  Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in animation (freelance or agency).
    •  Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or similar).
    •  Portfolio: Strong demo reel/showcase of previous work (include links in application).
    •  Creativity: Ability to translate concepts into engaging visual narratives.
    •  Communication: Responsive, professional, and open to feedback.
    •  Flexibility: Willingness to work across time zones if needed.

    Graphics Designer (Consultant – Need-Based Engagement)

    Digimatt Solutions is seeking talented graphic design individual consultants to support the Creative & Web team’s robust portfolio of design projects. The successful individual will be engaged on a need-based basis and required to produce high-quality designs across various channels and platforms that support organizational priorities. The individual will work with the Creative Coordinator on project coordination with final designs/templates approved by the Creative and Web Director.

    Responsibilities

    •  Layout and prepare print-ready designs for reports, marketing collateral, including signage, publications, invitations, PowerPoint templates and merchandise.
    •  Prepare graphic content in support of Digimatt Solutions marketing campaigns for social media and other web channels.
    •  Responsible for providing her/his own working station and design programs and must have access to a reliable internet connection.
    •  On project completion, packaged project files should be shared with the Creative Coordinator.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    The ideal consultant(s) for this assignment should possess the following qualifications and experience;

    •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design or a related major, or at least four years of professional design experience.
    •  Experience working as a freelance designer with a demonstrated ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
    •  Proven graphic design experience with a portfolio of a wide range of styles and out-of-the-box creative approaches.
    •  Highly proficient with Adobe CC’s core applications, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, preferably in a Mac OS X environment.
    •  Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color.
    •  Professional approach to the design process and time management.

    Social Media Manager (Consultant – Need-Based Engagement)

    We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our talent pool as a consultant on a need-based, project-by-project engagement. The selected consultant(s) will collaborate with our team to manage client accounts, create engaging content, and execute social media strategies.

    Responsibilities

    The consultant(s) will be responsible for the following tasks:

    •  Develop and implement social media strategies for clients across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).

    •  Strong skills in content creation (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
    •  Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
    •  Excellent communication and client management skills.
    •  Ability to work flexibly across time zones.
    •  Portfolio or case studies demonstrating past work.
