    Marketing Coordinator /Assistant / Promoter

    Overall Purpose:

    The job holder will be responsible for creating awareness andgenerate interest in the products. She/he will be responsible in promotingandmarketing the products to prospect customers, attract and engage with target audience, ultimately driving sales and increasing product visibility.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for promotion within the department.
    • Perform any other duties that may be required/assigned.
    • Responsible for brand visibility.
    • Responsible for developing marketing strategies for the product.
    • Assessment of market share of our products compared to similar products soldbycompetitors and do price comparisons.

    • Submit timely and accurate reports to your superior on a daily, weeklyandmonthly basis; as per the approved reporting formats.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • A minimum of degree/diploma in Sales or Marketing or a related field–fromareputable institution.
    • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role handling Fastmoving products.
    • Should have a proven ability to market a variety of products.
    • Must have good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office suite.
    • Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills and the abilitytomultitask.
    • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills are required.
    • Must have a valid driving license coupled with experience.

    Area Sales Manager - Fast-Moving Consumer Goods

    Overall Purpose:

    The job holder will be responsible for ensuring area sales revenuesare continuously enhanced to maximize returns on investment.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and marketing expense controls. Execute said plan and meet sales goals.
    • Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
    • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and provide ongoing trainingof the salespeople.
    • Assist in recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of salesrepresentatives.
    • Develop new avenues of marketing and lead generation.
    • Equip the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledgeeducation.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • A diploma/degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field – froma reputableinstitution.
    • A minimum of 3 years proven experience handling Fast-Moving Consumer Goods. (FMCG) with at least 1 year’s experience managing and directing a sales team.
    • Spoken and written English communication with the highest standards ofprofessionalism is required.
    • Proficiency in customer relationship management.

    Accounts Supervisor

    Overall Purpose:

    • The job holder will be responsible for managing the financial health of the organization. They oversee daily accounting operations, ensurecompliance with financial regulations, and lead a team of accountingstaff. Therole requires both technical accounting expertise and strong leadershipskillstomaintain accurate financial records and provide valuable insights for decision-making

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies for various departments.
    • Supervise and provide guidance to the accounting team.
    • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of accountingfunctions.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide training for professional development.
    • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, andincomestatements.
    • Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
    • Develop and implement efficient accounting policies and procedures.
    • Ensure proper maintenance of records and documentation.
    • Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger and ensure accurate postingofentries.
    • Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.
    • Ensure timely payments to vendors and collections from customers.

    Expected Skills,Competencies & Qualifications

    • They must have a degree in Accounting , finance or relevant fieldfromareputable institution.
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification (preferred)
    • Should have a minimum of strictly 3 -5 years experience in a similar roleincluding at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
    • Posses ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
    • Posses ability to work in an extremely high-pressure and high accountabilityenvironment.
    • Must have the Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
    • Must have Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and Familiaritywithfinance regulations.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
    • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teammembersandstakeholders.
    • High level of accuracy in preparing financial reports
    • Good math skills Organization skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
    • Be proficient in Ms Excel and have Hands-on experience withaccountingsoftware (e.g. Quick-books).
