Job purpose: Support the companies marketing team in their branding & communication efforts to reach out to various clients on different communication initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create and design various materials for digital and print
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
• Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
• Collaborate with internal team members to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company
• Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
• Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
• Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work and creativity.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Minimum of 1 Year experience in graphic design.
• Basic understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Purpose: 

• The Marketing officer will ensure that all of our marketing collateral aligns with the brand voice, help create digital campaigns for various channels, such as social media and email, and create data-backed reports .You will work closely with sales team to ensure our company’s goals are met

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee marketing lead generation
• Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients
• Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials—coordinating and socializing with content, creative, sales and broader organization
• Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging
• Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives
• Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include PPC, email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates
• Handle any duties assigned by management from time to time

This is an engineering internship/trainee role for individuals seeking to gain practical experience in the Renewable Energy Industry.

The intern will work closely with Technical engineers and support staff to assist in Machine maintenance and repairs.

This is a hybrid role, based in Nairobi County with flexibility for some remote work.

Requirements for Engineering Internship

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Production/Electrical/Mechanical engineering or related field.
• Recent Engineering graduates.
• Superb interpersonal skills including ability to quickly build rapport with clients
• Understanding of renewable energy, energy conservation & Management practices and dynamics
