RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interior design conceptualization.
• Creating detailed technical drawings
• Collaboration with other stakeholders for accurate interpretation of project briefs.
• Preparation of 3D models and renders for client visualization.
• Assist in creating project budgets and timelines Material selection and sourcing
• Collaborate with other project stakeholders to ensure proper execution and implementation of design plans
• Accurate project documentation including but not limited to design specifications, material samples and contractor communications
• Supervise and Offer guidance to junior design staff to foster their proffesional growth.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in interior design, interior architecture, architecture or a related field
• Proven experience working as an interior architect on residential and commercial projects for atleast 3-5 years in a busy environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional understanding of design and architectural principles
• An excellent command of architectural and design processes including but not limited to space planning, construction documentation and material selection.
• Good understanding of building codes, regulations and safety standards
• Outstanding creativity with a good eye for design and attention to detail.
• CAD proficient, must be able to communicate design concepts through detailed technical drawings and 3D visualization
• Excellent organizational and time management skills as you will be handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A passion for design and architecture and self drive to stayupdated on latest industry trends and innovations
