    Procurement Associate

    As the Procurement Associate, you will support end to end procurement lifecycle, ensuring timely execution of purchases, effective pre-order level management, and strong supplier and internal stakeholder coordination. The role will act as the primary operational point of contact for procurement orders and supplier communication, while maintaining accurate documentation, records, and compliance with internal procurement policies. 

    This role is critical in ensuring cost and operational efficiency; supplier performance; stock optimisation; and operational continuity across the business. 

    Key Responsibilities

    Specifically, the Procurement Associate at Peach can expect to lead/own the following elements:

    Order Management and Procurement Execution

    • Support the full procurement cycle from requisition to delivery, including; purchase requisition review and validation; purchase order creation and tracking and delivery follow-ups and confirmations
    • Act as the primary point of contact for procurement order statuses providing timely updates to internal stakeholders. 
    • Track open orders, lead times, and fulfillment timelines to ensure on-time delivery. 
    • Escalate delays, order discrepancies, or risks proactively to the procurement manager and or user departments. 
    • Support implementation and adherence to procurement SOPs and systems.

    Supplier Management and Coordination

    • Support supplier pre-qualification, onboarding, and documentation in line with company policies.
    • Maintain an up-to-date supplier database including contracts, pricing, SLAs, performance metrics and compliance documents. 
    • Coordinate supplier performance reviews by tracking delivery timelines, quality, responsiveness and pricing adherence. 
    • Support issue resolution with suppliers relating to delays, quality issues or documentation gaps. 

    Documentation & Records Management

    • Maintain accurate and complete procurement documentation, including purchase requisitions, LPOs, delivery notes, invoices, contracts, and supplier records.
    • Ensure all procurement records are properly filed in the applicable systems, version controlled, and easily retrievable for audits and reviews. 
    • Support compliance with internal procurement policies, approval matrices, and audit requirements. 
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and automation within the procurement workflows 

    Stock & Pre-Order Level Management

    • Monitor stock levels across all locations and categories to prevent stock-outs and overstocking. 
    • Maintain and track stock levels, pre-order and re-order levels in line with consumption trends and operational needs. 
    • Support periodic stock reviews and reconciliations in collaboration with user teams. 
    • Generate stock status reports highlighting risks, shortages and upcoming procurement needs 

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    Must Have Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Diploma in CIPS 
    • Member of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) or Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supplies (CIPS).
    • At least 1–3 years experience in a procurement or supply chain role.
    • Basic understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.

    Nice to Have Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite( Excel, word, powerpoint e.t.c)  and ERP/procurement systems is an added advantage.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

    Head of Marketing

    As the Head of Marketing, you will own Peach Cars’ end-to-end marketing strategy, execution, and performance, driving high-quality demand, brand consistency, and sustainable growth.

    This role is responsible for stabilising and optimising a hybrid marketing model comprising internal teams (trade marketing, creatives, content) and external partners (brand and digital agencies), while building the roadmap for a steady marketing team for scale. It carries full accountability for the performance, capability and engagement of the marketing team, ensuring the function is structured, led and developed to deliver sustainable growth. 

    You will bring strategic clarity, strong execution discipline, and people leadership to transform marketing into a predictable, scalable growth engine aligned to commercial outcomes. The successful candidate will be someone who can elevate the Peach Cars brand to a top-tier brand in Kenya (think Java, Naivas, etc) seamlessly.

    Key Responsibilities

    Specifically, the Head of Marketing at Peach can expect to lead/own the following elements at country level:

    Marketing Strategy and Strategic Planning 

    • Own and articulate a clear, integrated marketing strategy that aligns brand, demand generation, and customer acquisition across the funnel, revenue lines and channels. 
    • Translate company growth targets into a coherent growth architecture clearly defining: priority customer segments, channel mix (offline, digital, partnerships, brand) and funnel ownership handoffs.
    • Design and continuously refine the marketing operating model including: team structure and reporting lines; agency governance and cadence and budget ownership and controls. 
    • Introduce and own function based strategic planning rhythms (monthly, quarterly, campaign retrospectives, experimentation cycles).
    • Ensure marketing strategy is clearly communicated, understood, and executed consistently across the organization. 

    Hybrid Model Management (Internal + External)

    • Lead and coordinate a desegregated marketing ecosystem, including: outsourced digital lead generation, external brand agency (hero campaigns & brand assets) and Internal trade marketing, creative, and content teams
    • Establish clear roles, accountability, SLAs, and performance metrics across all partners and revisit regularly as capability matures.
    • Ensure brand consistency, message clarity, and execution excellence across all touchpoints.

    Lead Generation

    • Stabilise short-term digital performance through strong agency management and oversight while building long term capability.
    • Build internal capability, systems, and governance to sustainably own paid media, performance tracking, and optimisation.
    • Oversee the trade marketing funnel responsible for offline lead generation, activations, and partnerships.
    • Ensure activations are data-driven, well-branded, and optimised for conversion and ROI.
    • Strengthen feedback loops between offline leads, sales outcomes, and marketing optimization.

    Brand Strategy & Visibility

    • Own Peach Cars’ brand strategy, positioning, and visibility across channels.
    • Partner with the brand agency on high-impact hero interventions while ensuring day-to-day brand consistency internally.
    • Ensure all creative, content, and campaigns reflect Peach’s values, tone, and customer promise.

    Creative & Content Leadership

    • Lead the creative team (designers, content developers, blog writer) to deliver compelling, consistent, and conversion-oriented assets.
    • Ensure content supports the full funnel: awareness, consideration, trust-building, and conversion.
    • Establish content calendars, briefs, review standards, and performance metrics.

    Performance Management, Analytics & ROI

    • Establish a marketing intelligence and insight loop, using lead and conversion data; customer feedback and CX insights and market and competitor intelligence. 
    • Define and track clear KPIs across: lead volume and quality; cost per lead and cost per acquisition; brand reach, engagement, and recall; and funnel conversion rates. 
    • Use data to diagnose underperformance, optimize spend, and continuously improve results.
    • Report marketing performance clearly to leadership, linking activity to business outcomes.
    • Make trade-offs explicit and evidence based, moving marketing from activity led to outcome led decision making. 

    People Leadership & Team Effectiveness

    • Provide end to end leadership to the Marketing function, covering; trade marketing, creative, content and agency partners. 
    • Set clear operating model with defined roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and collaboration norms across a mixed in-house and outsourced team. 
    • Directly manage marketing managers, ensuring clarity of expectations, strong execution discipline, and delivery against agreed KPI’s. 
    • Build a performance driven culture including; clear goal setting and KPI’s for individuals and teams, regular performance reviews and feedback cycles and early identification and resolution of performance gaps. 
    • Coach and develop team members, strengthening capability in demand generation and funnel thinking, brand consistency and execution excellence, data driven decision making and cross functional collaboration.  

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Sales, CX, Fleet, Inspection, Product, and People & Culture to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated and effective.
    • Partner with Sales and CX leadership to define lead quality standards, SLA’s and shared success metrics. 
    • Ensure tight alignment between marketing promises and on-ground customer experience.
    • Support go-to-market planning for new products, services, or initiatives.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    Must-Have Qualifications

    • Education: Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
    • Experience: 8+ years’ experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or head-of-function role.
    • Domain Expertise: Proven experience driving demand generation, brand building, and funnel optimisation.
    • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance channels, analytics, and offline activations.
    • Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing agencies.

    Car Operations Manager

    As the Car Operations Manager, you will lead and scale Peach Cars’ Inspection and Fleet operations, ensuring that every vehicle entering and moving within the Peach ecosystem is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and integrity.

    This role is central to building trust in Peach’s marketplace. You will be accountable for strategy, systems, compliance, and people leadership across Car Operations, while remaining closely connected to day-to-day execution. Your leadership will ensure that Peach can grow in volumes, locations, and complexity without compromising quality, safety, or the customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    Specifically, the Car Operations Manager at Peach can expect to lead/own the following Car Operations elements, at a country level:

    Inspection Strategy & Quality Assurance

    • Design, implement, and continuously refine vehicle intake and full inspection frameworks to ensure inspections are accurate, consistent, defensible, and scalable across the Peach ecosystem.
    • Define clear standards for inspection depth, condition grading, documentation quality, and turnaround times, ensuring inspection outputs are trusted by buyers, sellers, and internal teams.
    • Lead the testing, adoption, and continuous improvement of inspection tools, technologies, and diagnostic systems that improve objectivity, repeatability, and accuracy.
    • Establish quality assurance mechanisms to monitor inspection variance, rework, disputes, and feedback loops, and drive corrective actions where gaps are identified.
    • Use inspection data and trends to proactively improve inspection standards, training, and operational decision-making.

    Fleet Operations & Logistics

    • Lead end-to-end fleet operations covering vehicle pickups, customer viewings, inter-branch transfers, yard movements, and final handovers, ensuring reliability and efficiency at scale.
    • Define and optimize fleet operating models, routing, scheduling, and utilization to support increasing car volumes without compromising safety or customer experience.
    • Establish clear ownership and accountability for vehicle custody and movement at every handover point to minimize losses, damage, and delays.

    Team Leadership & Capability Building

    • Lead, coach, and develop the Inspection and Fleet Managers, strengthening their ability to manage people, performance, and day-to-day execution.
    • Clearly define roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and escalation paths across teams to support speed with accountability.
    • Drive consistent performance management through regular check-ins, goal tracking, coaching, and structured feedback.
    • Build succession depth by identifying, developing, and retaining high-potential team members.
    • Foster a culture of ownership, safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all inspection and fleet teams.

    Systems & Process Excellence

    • Partner with Product, IT, and Other operational teams to define and implement systems for inspection tracking, fleet movements, asset custody, and performance reporting.
    • Ensure operational systems are fit-for-scale, well-integrated, and reduce reliance on manual workarounds.
    • Improve data accuracy, visibility, and real-time reporting to support operational decision-making and risk management.
    • Continuously review and optimize workflows to eliminate inefficiencies, duplication, and bottlenecks across teams.

    Operational Performance & Continuous Improvement

    • Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and review cadences to track performance across inspection quality, fleet efficiency, compliance, and cost.
    • Lead regular performance reviews with managers to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
    • Use data and root-cause analysis to drive targeted improvements in quality, turnaround times, utilization, and customer experience.
    • Reduce operational firefighting by proactively identifying issues before they impact customers or revenue.

    Scale Readiness & Standardization

    • Build and maintain standardized playbooks, SOPs, and operating models that enable consistent execution across locations and teams.
    • Ensure inspection and fleet operations are ready to scale with higher volumes, new branches, and evolving business models.
    • Support the launch of new locations or operational changes by ensuring processes, systems, and teams are fully prepared.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    Must-Have Qualifications

    • Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 7+ years’ experience in operations-heavy, compliance-driven environments (e.g. logistics, fleet management, inspections, mobility, manufacturing, or asset-intensive services).
    • Proven experience leading frontline teams through supervisors or managers.
    • Strong background in SOP development, operational controls, and execution discipline.

    • Exposure to automotive, mobility, or marketplace operations.

    Manager, IT & Enterprise Systems

    As the Manager, IT & Enterprise Systems, you will be responsible for designing, stabilizing, and scaling Peach Cars’ enterprise IT infrastructure, systems, and automation landscape.

    This role exists to move Peach from a fragmented, tool-heavy environment to a cohesive, reliable, secure, and automation-driven IT ecosystem. You will provide strategic leadership while ensuring strong day-to-day execution across infrastructure, systems administration, uptime, security, and internal IT services.

    You will work closely with Product, Front line teams and Operations teams to ensure systems are well-administered, fit-for-purpose, and actively enable business performance rather than slow it down.

    Key Responsibilities

    Specifically, the Manager, IT & Enterprise Systems at Peach can expect to lead/own the following elements:

    IT Strategy & Enterprise Architecture

    • Define and own Peach’s enterprise IT strategy and roadmap, aligned to business growth, operational complexity, and scalability needs.
    • Design a coherent enterprise architecture that rationalizes and integrates existing tools (e.g. CRM, diallers, productivity suites, internal apps, cloud services).
    • Collaborate with Product leadership to clearly delineate responsibilities between Product-built systems and enterprise IT systems, ensuring smooth handover, administration, and lifecycle management.
    • Regularly review the relevance, cost, and effectiveness of IT tools, recommending consolidation, upgrades, or decommissioning where appropriate.

    Infrastructure, Networks & Reliability

    • Own end-to-end responsibility for IT infrastructure uptime and reliability, including internet connectivity across all sites, networks, and remote access.
    • Lead the redesign and optimization of multi-site internet and network architecture to minimize downtime and performance degradation.
    • Oversee hardware provisioning and lifecycle management for laptops, monitors, peripherals, and other IT assets.
    • Ensure CCTV systems, network devices, and on-premise infrastructure are consistently monitored, maintained, and secured.

    Systems Administration & Optimization
