    Personal Assistant

    Our client is a Christian ministry in Nairobi established to restore, govern, and commission leaders into their God-ordained mandate. It equips governments and global leaders, igniting a revival of God’s kingship, authority, and dominion across the nations. 

    They are seeking to hire a Personal Assistant to support the Chief Principal Officer (CPO) in stewarding and fulfilling the mandate of the ministry.

    Position Overview

    The Personal Assistant to the Chief Principal Officer is a role of profound significance, designed for an individual who views this position as a calling to serve in alignment with the principles of the Kingdom of God. 

    This role requires a unique blend of spiritual alignment, administrative expertise, financial stewardship and oversight of office operations to ensure the Chief Principal Officer is fully supported in their divine assignment.

    The ideal candidate will be a born-again Christian, filled with the Holy Spirit, and deeply committed to the teachings of the Bible. They will possess a servant-hearted attitude, spiritual maturity, and the professional acumen to manage a wide range of responsibilities with excellence, discretion, and grace.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Calendar Management & Personal Assistance:

    • Maintain and manage the CPO’s schedule, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and engagements align with organizational priorities and divine assignments.
    • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them with wisdom and discernment.
    • Provide personal support to the CPO including managing personal errands, tasks, and commitments as needed.
    • Anticipate the needs of the CPO and proactively address them to ensure their focus remains on fulfilling the organization’s mission.

    Communication Management & Event Co-ordination

    • Handle all correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the CPO with utmost confidentiality, professionalism, and alignment with the organization’s values.
    • Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations to ensure they reflect the excellence and mission of the organization.
    • Assist in planning and organizing Kingdom-focused events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring every detail is executed with precision and purpose.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

    Financial Administration & Budget Oversight:

    • Assist the CPO in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial resources are allocated in alignment with the organization’s mission and priorities.
    • Prepare financial reports, expense summaries, and forecasts to support decision-making.
    • Oversee the processing of invoices, reimbursements, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Maintain financial records and documentation in an organized and secure manner.
    • Support the CPO in stewarding resources ensuring all financial activities align with biblical principles and the vision of the ministry

    Office Operations:

    • Provide oversight and guidance to other staff members in the office, ensuring they are aligned with the organization’s mission and operating in excellence.
    • Act as a point of contact for team members, addressing questions, concerns, and operational needs.
    • Ensure the office operates efficiently and effectively, maintaining a professional and spiritually uplifting environment.
    • Oversee the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and resources, ensuring they are used responsibly and in alignment with the organization’s values.

    Leadership Support & Spiritual Stewardship:

    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the CPO and other team members, ensuring alignment and unity in fulfilling the organization’s mandate.
    • Monitor the progress of tasks and projects assigned to team members, providing updates to the CPO as needed.
    • Serve as a spiritual intercessor for the CPO and the organization, covering all activities, decisions and engagements in prayer.
    • Actively participate in prayer sessions, Bible studies, and other spiritual activities within the organization.
    • Ensure all tasks and responsibilities are carried out in alignment with biblical principles and the vision of the organization.
    • Uphold the spiritual atmosphere of the office, fostering an environment of worship, faith, and excellence.
    • Serve as a representative of the organization’s vision and purpose, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, integrity, and Kingdom principles in all interactions.
    • Actively contribute to the spiritual and organizational growth bringing ideas, insights, and solutions that align with the divine mandate.
    • Embody the principles of servant leadership, prioritizing the needs of the CPO and the organization while maintaining a heart of humility and service.

    Desired Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Finance or a related field of study.
    • Diploma or certificate in Executive PA roles or Business Support
    • Atleast 6-8 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
    • Experience in financial administration, office management and/or ministry support is an added advantage.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, financial software, and other relevant tools.
    • A proactive, servant-hearted attitude with a commitment to excellence and Kingdom stewardship.
    • Spiritually mature, prayerful, and discerning.
    • Flexible and adaptable to the dynamic needs of the CPO and the organization.
    • A heart for service and a passion for advancing the Kingdom of God.
    • High levels of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
