    Creative Visual Designer - Shabiki

    The Creative Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that resonate with the audience. This role involves designing promotional materials, digital ads, and social media content that enhance brand visibility and engage punters. The Creative Designer who is the brand visual custodian will work closely with the marketing and product team to ensure all visual content aligns with the brand’s identity and appeals to the target audience.

    The roles of the Creative Visual Designer Position will include the following: –

    • Develop creative concepts and designs for digital ads, social media posts, website banners, and other marketing materials.
    • Collaborate with the Creative Strategist to ensure designs align with marketing objectives and target the audience effectively.
    • Create visually appealing designs for promotional campaigns, ensuring they attract and retain the interest of the audience.
    • Provide design support to all teams focusing on maximizing appeal to the target audience.
    • Ensure all designs maintain consistency with the brand’s visual identity across different channels, including digital platforms and across all channels.
    • Regularly update and maintain a library of visual assets for the brand.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends in the sports betting industry and apply them to enhance the brand’s visual appeal.
    • Experiment with new design techniques to keep the brand’s visual identity fresh and engaging.

    Academic and Professional Experience:

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

    Digital Content Executive

    The Digital Content Executive is responsible for creating and managing digital content that drives engagement and brand loyalty. This role involves producing and optimizing content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms, focusing on promotions, betting tips, and sports event coverage that appeal to the betting audience..

    The roles of the Assistant Traffic Controller Position will include the following: –

    • Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with sports schedules and betting promotions.
    • Create engaging digital content, including social media posts, blog articles
    • Manage social media accounts, ensuring a consistent brand voice and regular interaction with followers interested in our products and offerings.
    • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance and increase engagement with the audience.
    • Work with the ATL & BTL Coordinator to drive traffic to the website through targeted digital marketing campaigns.
    • Track and analyze the performance of digital content, providing regular reports to the Creative Strategist.
    • Use insights from analytics to refine digital content strategies and improve engagement and conversion rates among the target audience.
    • Coordinate with the ATL & BTL Coordinator to integrate digital content into broader marketing campaigns.

    Skills and Personal Attributes:

    • Must be passionate about sports and bear a good understanding of the sports, betting & entertainment scene.
    • Must have excellent Communication & Writing skills
    • Must have strong Analytical skills
    • Understand Media Laws & Media Ethics
    • Must be social media savvy, innovative, creative, and passionate about this space.
    • Must be a team player, dynamic & able to work under demanding circumstances
    • The ideal candidate must have a working knowledge of online technology and online news best practices and an appreciation of the business processes, protocols, and controls
    • Keep abreast of evolving trends through continuous professional education in the area of digital platforms

    Academic and Professional Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in digital content creation and management, preferably in the sports betting or entertainment industries.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and digital analytics.
    • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a passion for sports and betting content.
