    Compliance Manager

    Responsibilities: 

    • Quality Assurance 
    • Support Quality Standards: Assist in implementing quality assurance procedures and ensure team members follow established accounting policies and workflows. 
    • Monitor Quality: Identify potential issues and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and consistency. 
    • Participate in Internal Reviews: Conduct mid-year quality checks, maintaining a high level of professional skepticism, document findings, and suggest corrective actions. 
    • Support Training: Assist in developing training materials and help coach staff on best practices, processes, and quality expectations. 
    • Help Standardize Procedures: Assist in developing and/or updating standardized templates and procedures. 
    • Analyze Financial Data: Perform routine data analysis to identify potential discrepancies in financial information and ensure accuracy and compliance. 
    • Technical Knowledge and Compliance 
    • Maintain Compliance Awareness: Stay informed about GAAP updates and help ensure that accounting practices remain compliant. 
    • Provide Technical Accounting Support: Research accounting questions and provide guidance to team members, attain the level of subject matter expert as assigned, and elevate complex issues when necessary. 
    • Evaluate Internal Compliance: Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date. Reporting 
    • Support Maintaining Dashboards: Contribute to developing and maintaining dashboards (Monday) and performance indicators. 

    Skills: 

    • BS in Accounting required 
    • CPA preferred 
    • 4–6+ years of GAAP accounting experience 
    • Must have 2+ years in audit as a reviewer(Manager from a regional audit firm or Senior from a Big4 Firm.) 
    • Experience with ASC 842 (leases), ASC 606 (revenue), and ASC 958-605(contributions) 
    • Experience performing accounting research and data analysis 
    • Experience supporting non-profits, charter schools, or mission-driven organizations is a plus 
    • Technical Skills : Microsoft Office 365, Excel, collaboration tools (Teams), project management tools (Monday), and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Intacct, FundEZ, Crunchafi, etc. Competencies:

    Payroll Tax Specialist

    The Payroll Tax Specialist position is responsible for assistance in the creation of accurate and timely payroll tax filing and applicable tax-related record keeping for Fourth and its clients. Duties include daily tax payments and filings for all clients. This position also formulates federal, and state regulatory departmental responses and other miscellaneous tasks related to Tax and compliance reporting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and submit on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for a multi-state corporation and ensure timely payments and filings.
    • Filing of Quarterly and Annual tax forms to agencies Prepares daily import reconciliations from payroll system to tax payment system.
    • Reviews payroll records for accuracy and to ensure the reported payroll data reconciles to state and federal withholding returns.
    • Experience with reconciliations, balancing and multistate payroll system reports to 941's W-2s, W2C’s, and state filings.
    • Works within established deadlines and schedules.
    • Works with other team members on established projects and initiatives.
    • Research payroll tax issues and participates in the resolution.
    • Participates in team projects that are a high priority, as communicated by the Manager.
    • Offers support to others with intent to minimize input errors.
    • Reads and understands all corporate policies, work procedures and instructions. Assumes other duties as assigned.

    Skills:

    • 2-5 years relevant experience in payroll tax filing that would provide a basic knowledge of activities, policies, and procedures Working knowledge of Federal tax and State income deductions and regulations.
    • Working knowledge of technical and professional principles ADP MasterTax knowledge, preferred. PrismHR knowledge a plus.
    • PEO & ASO experience preferred.

    NOC Supervisor

    Core Responsibilities

    • Operations & SLA Ownership
    • Direct oversight of multi-channel queues (alerts, tickets, calls).
    • Dynamically rebalances workload to protect team-specific SLAs and manages urgent operational risks.
    • Incident & Technical Governance
    • Acts as the primary escalation point for complex incidents.
    • Enforces strict "ticket hygiene," technical accuracy, and security standards across the team.
    • Performance Leadership
    • Directly manages Tier 3/4 agents, including attendance, behavior, and professional development.
    • Conducts structured 1~1s and documents performance action plans.
    • QA & Training Execution
    • Drives a minimum 85% QA score through routine audits and coaching.
    • Delivers micro-trainings and refreshers to bridge skill gaps identified by recurring defects.
    • Reporting & Readiness
    • Provides weekly insights on SLA trends, quality defects, and training progress.
    • Submits readiness evidence to senior management for final production sign-off.
    • Authority & Success Measures
    • Decision Rights~ Authorized to reassign work in real-time, require technical rework, and recommend formal corrective actions for underperformance.

    KPIs

    • SLA attainment, Escalation Correctness, QA Scores (≥85%), and Team Ramp-up Progress.
    • Candidate Requirements Experience- 3–5+ years in NOC/Network Ops with Tier 3 expertise; prior supervisory experience is highly valued.
    • Technical- Proficiency in troubleshooting methodology, NMS platforms (monitoring tools), and ticketing workflows.
    • Leadership- Strong ability to mentor technical staff and provide constructive feedback to global stakeholders.
    • Certs- Foundational Networking (CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet, or similar) and Management (PMP/ITIL) preferred.
