    Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Intern

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from programs, bootcamps, and community sessions
    • Assist with surveys, attendance tracking, and classroom observation
    • Enter, clean, and organize program data
    • Document case studies, stories of change, and learning briefs
    • Support tracking KPIs, dashboards, and reports
    • Contribute to post-activity reflections and program learning
    • Assist in safeguarding and ethical data collection

    Requirements:

    • Recent graduate or final-year student in M&E, Project Management, Education, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related field
    • Basic understanding of M&E concepts and data collection
    • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel; Google
    • Forms or digital tools an advantage
    • Must be based in Mombasa
    • Willingness to travel within project counties

    Learning Facilitator Intern

    Responsibilities

    • Support facilitation of technology training sessions, including coding, robotics, and digital literacy, during classes, bootcamps, and workshops
    • Prepare and set up training materials, devices, and learning kits for sessions
    • Manage learner registration, > attendance tracking, and basic program reporting
    • Support logistics and coordination for tech events, outreaches, and community programs

    Qualifications:

    • Recent graduate or finalist in ICT, Computer Science, Engineering, Education Technology, or related field Experience with Scratch, PictoBlox, Arduino, robotics kits, or teaching/mentorship
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
    • Strong learner engagement skills with children and youth

    • Student or recent graduate in Media, Communications, Marketing, Journalism (or strong creative portfolio)
    • Proficient in photography and videography
    • Skilled in Canva, Premiere Pro, and CapCut (or similar tools)
    • Proficient across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & YouTube Strong copywriting ability with excellent English & Swahili communication skills
    • Curious about tech, STEM, and digital skills programs

    • Create content and manage social media content across platforms
    • Design posters, flyers & social media graphics

    Industrial Attachment For Stem Students

    Open to:

    • Student pursuing Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or ICT
    • Student with basic understanding of programming and/or electronics concepts
    • Student who is hands-on, curious, and solution-oriented mindset
