    Technical Assistants (TA)

    • Assisting the small scale farmers in achieving maximum yield of sale produce.
    Qualifications
    • Certification in agriculture with minimum of 5 years’ experience as TA with small scale farmers.
    Salary Scale KSH 25,000 to KSH 30,000 per month.

    • Planning and implementation of the growing program by small scale farmers.
    Qualifications
    • University degree/ diploma in relevant field with 5 years’ experience as an agronomist.
    Salary Scale KSH 50,000 to KSH 60,000 per month.

    Training and Compliance Manager

    • Training and implementation of the Company food safety and social standards e.g. Global gap, BRC, ISO, Fairtrade e.t.c
    Qualifications
    • University degree/diploma in the relevant field plus 5 years experience in agronomy standards audit and certification.
    Salary scale KSH 50.000 to KSH 60,000 per month.

    Packhouse Production Supervisor

    In charge of daily packhouse production and quality control.
     
    Qualifications
    • Secondary school education with 10 years’ experience in packhouse operation
    Salary Scale KSH 40.000 per month.
