    Sales Engineer Intern

    The candidates will meet the following requirements:

    • Graduate Engineer in any engineering discipline from a recognised University, with a minimum of Upper Second Honours degree.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite.
    • Valid driving license and having AutoCAD skills is an added advantage.

    Credit Management Officer

    The position will report to the line Executive and be responsible for providing strategic leadership and technical support in credit management, developing appropriate strategies to ensure timely recovery of debts due from customers. The candidate must possess at least 7 years' experience in a similar role in a Financial Institution.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    • Oversee the entire Credit Management process.
    • Provide leadership in development , implementation and review of the Credit Policy.
    • Assess customers credit risk status of as part of the credit approval process.
    • Ensure amounts borrowed by customers are adequately secured.
    • Review and update customer credit facilities.
    • Plan and coordinate effective recovery of nonperforming debts, liaising with service providers.
    • Provide regular reports on the recovery status of all debts as well as debtor ratings of business units.

    Key Skills and Competencies

    • Upper 2nd Class Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related field.
    • Professional qualifications in CPA and Credit Management will be an added advantage.
    • Thorough knowledge of lending and debt recovery procedures.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

    Credit Management Assistant

    The position will report to the Credit Management Officer and be responsible for providing support to the Credit Management function. The candidate must possess at least 3 years' experience in a similar role in a Financial Institution.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    • Facilitate the entire Credit Management process.
    • Assess customers credit risk status, and recommend appropriate action.
    • Update customer credit facilities.
    • Conduct credit operations and debt recovery.
    • Carry out collection business remedial.
    • Provide regular reports on department key performance indicators.

    Key Skills and Competencies

    • Upper 2nd Class Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related field.
    • Professional qualifications in CPA and Credit Management will be an added advantage.

    Microsoft Dynamics NAV Developer

    The position holder will report to the Line Manager and must have at least 2 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system supported by relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and SQL Database.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    • Solutions analysis, design, customization, implementation, upgrades and maintenance of the core Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system as well as other software systems in use by the company.
    • Implement system integration solutions between Dynamics NAV and other required business systems such as Mobile apps, SharePoint, Business Intelligence and CRM.
    • Perform routine database maintenance and other business continuity procedures.
    • Perform routine end-user support and training on key business systems.

    Key Skills and Competencies

    • Holders of an Upper 2nd class honours degree or Diploma in Computer Science or closely related field from a recognized institution and aged not more than 35 years.
    • Knowledge of various fourth generation programming languages, preferably C/AL, .NET, C++, C#, PHP and JavaScript for android and JME for Symbian OS.
    • Bearers of relevant certifications in the above listed technologies.
    • Knowledge of database environments preferably Microsoft SQLServer and MySQL

    Business System Developer

    The position holder will report to the Line Manager and must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in systems development and implementation in a busy environment in the technologies listed below

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    • Development, documentation, implementation and maintenance of a range of systems including Intranet on SharePoint Online, Customer Relationship Management on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Analytics and Business Intelligence System, E-learning Management System , Mobile Apps Development and Help Desk System.
    • Perform routine end-user support, Systems roll out and training on key business systems.
    • ICT Systems research to provide creative and innovative solutions.

    Key Skills and Competencies

    • Holders of an Upper 2nd class honours degree or Diploma in Computer Science or closely related field from a recognized institution and aged not more than 35 years.
