    Salary: 200 – 250K

    Operations Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Direct and coordinate project activities of the company
    • Ensures that the projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard (within agreed specifications)
    • Ensure the projects are effectively resourced and manage relationships with a wide range of groups (including all service providers).
    • Managing and leading the projects’ teams, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.

    Farm Manager Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure animal products are ready for deadlines, such as auctions and markets
    • Ensure that farm activities comply with government regulations

    Semi Senior Auditor- Audit Firm

    Salary: 35-40k

    Semi Senior Auditor Job Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Participate in Audit planning, field work, prepare reports, and communicate findings and recommendations to line and senior management.
    • Ensure compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements
    • Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
    • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
    • Client audit engagements, which include planning, executing, directing, and completing financial audits
    • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings

    Accountant - Manufacturing

    Salary: 50-60K

    Accountant Job Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and review monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts and ensure that general ledger accounts are reconciled with resolution to reconciling items
    • Preparation of monthly management accounts in liaison with the accounts management
    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and produce budgets according to schedule
    • Ensuring preparation and submission of all statutory payments are made on time
    • Monitor and support taxation documentations
    • Bank accounts reconciliations and assist in resolving various issues with banks such as cleared cheque differences, bank fee anomalies and targeted balance calculations.

    Senior Software Developer Job Key Responsibilities

    • To assist the CTO in all areas of the IT and engineering side of the company.
    • To develop code to support business operations, and implement changes to internal and external facing services.
    • To provide ongoing support on issues that arise, following the escalation processes, and debugging and applying fixes where required.
    • To write documentation around existing and future features, processes, services and products
    • Analysis of various requirements, problem definitions of solutions to determine operational feasibility of solutions and advise management appropriately
    • Implementation of new technologies to maximize development efficiency
    • In charge of debugging complex issues with multiple possible sources, and coming up with creative ways to identify and solve them.
