Registrar Administration Job Qualifications

• PhD degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or Human Resource Management or equivalent from an institution recognized in Kenya.
• At least five (5) years administrative experience, three (3) of which as Deputy Registrar Administration Grade NT14 or its equivalent.
• CPS (K) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Have outstanding professional competence in administration or Management.
• Member of a recognized professional administration or management body
• Computer Literacy
• Masters Degree in either Public Administration or Business Administration or Human Resource Management or Social Science or Equivalent from an institution recognized in Kenya.
• CPS (K) or equivalent professional qualification.

The University is inviting applications from suitably qualified persons for the following positions

Requirements for the Driver Job

• Have at least KCSE level of education or its equivalent.
• Have a valid driving license classes ABCE and PSV.
• Have passed in Occupational Test Grade III.
• Have a certificate in First Aid.
• At least 5 years Accident free previous driving experience.
• Must prove competence in driving – AA Certificate.
• A Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
• A course in Defensive driving and computer literacy are added advantage.

Driver Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to the Transport Officer for the safe driving of university vehicles
• Operate motor vehicles in a safe and prudent manner and check for any damage before the start of a journey
• Report motor vehicles’ operating condition at the end of every journey and report any accidents involving
• University vehicles to the Transport Officer immediately they occur.
• Report motor vehicle use and fuel consumption as directed by the Transport Officer;
• Comply with all applicable Traffic Laws, Government Vehicle Check Unit regulations and University Regulations;
• Ensure that motor vehicles and their contents are secure at all times;
• Ensure that the motor vehicle is properly serviced during the course of operation or notify the Transport
• Manager if servicing is required;
• Protect and properly use fuel cards;
