IT Systems Administrator at WTS Energy

Requirements:

• Understanding of MS Products:
• MS Navision ERP
• MS Dynamics CRM
• MS Office
• Experience in management of the systems including:

• Data administration

• Troubleshooting

• Security administration

• Change Management

• Interface with end users to ensure that all user requirements are met

• Understand customer journey to ensure that Customer requirements are met

• Work with our external provider to ensure priorities and KPIs are met

• Work with 3rd party systems on proper integration and the smooth and secure transition of data
• Support for office IT systems

Experience:

• At least 5yrs of experience of which 3yrs should be on the MS systems outlined.

• Bachelor Degree in IT.
