Responsibilities for the Area Sales Manager Job

• Managing dispatch schedules
• Creating sales demands and follow up to ensure that the same is delivered
• Liaison with other departments to ensure timely deliveries
• Receiving orders from customers
  Writing reports on all dispatches and any other work that will be assigned to him/her.

Qualifications for the Area Sales Manager Job

• Minimum diploma in Sales and Marketing
• At least 5 years’ target-driven experience in sales, particularly FMCG
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate with strong administrative and report writing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills as well as being able to work independently
• Exemplary customer service and negotiation skills
• Presentable and able to work under pressure
• Mature and responsible individual
• At least five years’ target-driven experience in sales, particularly fmcg(must have worked in a distributorship channel or general trade)
