    Territorial Sales Executive - Telecommunication

    They seek to hire a vibrant and persuasive Territorial Sales Executive who will be responsible for delivering the overall revenue and customer growth targets within their specific defined geographical territory.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Execute all sales activities within specific defined geographical region.
    • Continually identify and uncover new opportunities to boost Home Internet services sales.
    • Carry out customer MTU (Multi-tenant units) and STU visits to recruit new tenants to Home services and ensure that every customer continually pays for and continues to use the service.
    • Provide ongoing feedback on all your sales activities to the Head of Sales and Distribution, covering tenants interested, signed up, paid and delinquent.
    • Continually giving feedback on any network issues, or non-compliance by customers on Home Internet Service.
    • Work closely with the Marketing team to enhance brand visibility.
    • Work hand in hand with Business Development on selling in specifically identified opportunities throughout the area.
    • Pass leads on community-based organizations to Business Development for the development of multi sales activation opportunities.
    • Work hand in hand with Business Development in passing leads on multi–tenant units (MTU) where we can sell from.
    • Educate all potential internet customers on all products and services.
    • Plan, prepare and present persuasive approaches and pitches to potential clients
    • Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients
    • Act as a link between the company and the contracted vendors and partners through frequent meetings and ensuring effective communication
    • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or related fields.
    • At least 3 years’ experience in direct face to face/door to door sales.
    • Experience in selling similar products and services
    • Experience working in similar areas will be an added advantage.
    • Excellent customer focus and service skills, with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Must be IT Savvy with a general interest in Technology and the Internet
    • Have good planning and organizational skills
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills
    • Presentable with a positive, proactive and professional approach
    • Have a sense of responsibility and integrity
    • Ability to work and deliver the numbers under pressure

    Deployment Technician - Telecommunication

    Job Description

    They seek to hire a deployment technician responsible for installing outdoor and indoor fixed wireless access infrastructures and public Wi-Fi access points, Support network activities of the Operations & Maintenance team and perform regular surveys at new sites, new Multi and Single tenants’ buildings.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Deploying of fixed internet access to multi-tenant and single tenant housing units
    • Deploying of public Wi-Fi access points
    • Ensuring resolution of any technical problems that are reported within the first 48 hours of an installation
    • Strictly Observing the Health & Safety standards set by the company
    • Meeting your daily targets as set by the company.
    • Manage the office multi-user computer network, as well as data and telecommunication facilities.
    • Assist in the acquisition of specific Wi-Fi related computer hardware and software, as well as coordinate its introduction from installation and manage its maintenance.
    • Regularly review and evaluate multi-tenant and single tenant Wi-Fi equipment and recommend replacement.
    • Maintaining the database in order to ensure smooth running of the internet to the multi-tenant and single tenant without interference.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to end users, maintenance of network and systems, and coordinate implementation of new system.
    • Assisting in troubleshooting with assistance from team leader.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
    • At least 3 years’ progressively responsible experience in a similar position.
    • Must be knowledgeable of typical telecoms infrastructures i.e. towers & rooftops and Modus operandi.
    • Must have hands on experience in telecoms deployment: Wi-Fi, WiMAX, Fibre, Microwave and/or Mobile sites installations.
    • Ability to work at heights.
    • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to clearly articulate customer need and a team player.
    • Knowledge of Health & Safety.
    • Willingness to travel when needed.

    Retention Manager - Telecommunication

    They seek to employ a highly experienced retention manager responsible for leading the team, developing and implementing strategies that will enhance customer loyalty, retention and revenue growth.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Leading in the creation of different customer experience feedback tools.
    • Define, plan and execute customer satisfaction surveys, analyze results and implement improvement plans,
    • Conducting regular Research, analyze and monitor customer segments to uncover and capitalize on retention, win-back, up selling etc
    • Designing the specific campaigns in collaboration with marketing. Implement and measure results taking corrective action.
    • Proactively monitor customer behavior in order to identify and address at-risk customers before they defect
    • Manage effective and cost effective win-back campaigns in consultation with management,
    • Conceptualizing, develop and implement a comprehensive framework for customer usage & retention across all customer segments with the objective of achieving revenue contribution i.e. volume and value,
    • Deploying various initiatives including but not limited to, new services, customized programs, Promotions / offers and campaigns to influence segment behaviour. Build diagnostic, descriptive and predictive models, create proactive and reactive loyalty and retention strategies and programs,
    • Managing Customer value to minimize high value loss.
    • Maintaining insights, trackers and related dashboards for signifying movement of the segment of customers across various parameters like ARPU, usage, MOUs, retention, churn etc, and impact of various initiatives done specifically for subscribers,
    • Alignment of customer retention strategies to the business strategy,
    • Keeping track of competitor activity,
    • Carry out collaboration opportunities with other lines of businesses to drive customer usage so as to leverage scale & product range.
    • Managing the performance of your team by defining KPIs, objectives, assigning tasks and agreeing on measurement criteria in conjunction with the HR

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Marketing/commerce or an equivalent
    • At least 5 years experience preferably in the Telecommunication Industry
    • Proven track recording in revenue growth and reducing churn
    • Must showcase knowledge of the competitors in the market.
    • Posses experience in making data driven decisions that continually optimize and drive business growth.
    • Ability to operate in a performance driven organization.
    • Strong financial/analytical and problem solving skills
    • Understanding of local market and cultural diversity
    • Must be IT Savvy with a general interest in Technology and the Internet
    • Have good planning and organizational skills
