    Experiential Marketing- Operations Manager

    Our client is a leading experiential marketing agency focused on creating experiences that transform brands and grow businesses.

    They are looking to hire a proactive, motivated and self-driven Senior Projects Manager to manage a wide range of projects ensuring that operations deliverables are completed consistently and on time, and that they meet quality standards and the clients’ requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Direct and coordinate project activities of the company
    • Ensures that the projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard (within agreed specifications)
    • Ensure the projects are effectively resourced and manage relationships with a wide range of groups (including all service providers).
    • Managing and leading the projects’ teams, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
    • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans and managing project deliverables
    • Monitoring project progress, performance and evaluation
    • Liaises with, and update progress to senior management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related subject.
    • At least 5 years relevant experience preferably in the industry
    • Good understanding of all the relevant industry regulations
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential
    • Analytical and problem solving skills and ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

    HR Manager

    Our client is a well-established real estate company providing valuation services, property management, facilities management, estate agency and property development consultancy services. They seek to hire an experienced and competent HR Manager, who will be tasked with executing HR functions and the people strategy in line with the business objectives and close collaboration with the Management Team.

    Responsibilities

    • Set up the HR Department, developing plans and policies and ensure the company complies with legal regulations and best practices
    • Implement HR Plans, Policies & procedures according to the company’s objectives.
    • Ensure updated filing for all staff and proper record maintenance for every staff within the organization
    • Identify staff vacancies and recruit on basis of requirement discussed with the department head, interview and select suitable applicants.
    • Develop the recruitment and selection process to include: Appointment /Confirmation / Termination /Resignation procedures and process.
    • Set up the working methodology for succession planning analysis, implementation and monitoring.
    • Formulate effective Performance Appraisal Policy procedures and ensure its compliance
    • Enhance Organization communication flow, encourage and develop employee – management communication.
    • Ensure proper management of Staff amenities and occupational health and safety
    • Identify the areas for development and explore new skills to enhance productivity

    Qualifications

    • Degree, Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management
    • 5-7 years of working experience in a similar capacity
    • Experience in Real Estate/Manufacturing/FMCG industry is an added advantage
    • Must demonstrate a deep understanding of the laws and legislations governing the Kenya labor market
    • Previous experience in HR strategy development, operations design and implementation
    • Results driven individual with a strategic approach to HR Management
    • Problem solver, optimistic and enjoy assertive communication
    • Ability to lead teams, motivate and empower staff
    • Ability to communicate and co-operate with everyone in the organization
