With over 5 million downloads and hundreds of PGC Writers, Scooper is looking for a Digital Event Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, devising strategies to drive online traffic to the relevant websites, driving deliverables and identifying levers to optimize through constant analysis and learning through data.
This is a Full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Measure and report performance of all media marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs).
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Optimize FB and Twitter Ads plan.
• Maintain Fans’ Club.

Job Specifications & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least two years’ work experience in Digital Marketing.
• Active on social media networks and have good knowledge of how to do FB/Ins ads or promotions. Creative, flexible and strong-minded.
• Have a good knowledge or familiar with African internet influencer market. Have the ability to obtain certain influencer resources and keep a good relationship with them. Those with a good connection with African influencers are considered with priority.
• Cultural sensitivity to regional differences in emerging African continent.
• With remarkable news sense plus content sensitivity. Able to work under pressure and perform well under tight KPI requirements, able to work efficiently in a high volume environment.
• Good computer skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Diligent and aggressive, a quick learner with an excellent working attitude and teamwork spirit.
