    Sales Manager

    Department: Sales & Marketing

    Reports to: Chairman and Executive Director

    Purpose of the Position

    To provide the Company with increased sales productivity, insightful branding and marketing campaign and most importantly increase in revenue.

    Functional Responsibilities

    • Achievement of sales set target within the territory and creation of market impact for T.H products.
    • Contribute to, integrate and support Key Accounts strategy and its execution.
    • To liaise with corporate clients, build and develop working business relationships.
    • Conduct commercial calls to designated key accounts outlets on a regular basis, imparting TH product knowledge and in house training of both TH and supermarket staff.
    • Support strong in – store visibility and merchandising while working closely with the merchandising, sales and marketing team.
    • Work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
    • Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from competitors.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory.
    • Prepare reports on key account activities
    • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

    Required Qualifications

    • Holder of a Bachelor degree from a recognized University in Business, Sales & Marketing or related field.
    • Masters Degree will be an added advantage
    • 7 years in experience in sales of FMCG products within commission incentive structure
    • MUST Have Proven experience in FMCG Companies
    • Willingness to travel and work out of the office.
    • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.

    Quality Manager

    Details:

    Reports to: Managing Director

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Approval of chemical and microbiological tests on all the raw materials and finished products to ensure that they meet the company and other relevant statutory standards
    • Inspecting and approving all the incoming materials according to company specifications.
    • Inspecting and approving all the finished products according to specifications.
    • Developing company standards on the raw materials and end products in consultation with the Research and Development.
    • Supervision of on line quality tests and taking or advising the relevant personnel on corrections or corrective actions where the products or processes are found to be non -conforming.
    • Developing operating procedures for production processes and hygiene requirements in consultation with the relevant departments, and ensuring that the developed operating procedures are adhered to at all times to consistently achieve the set quality standards.
    • Development of ISO standards as a Management Representative and Food Safety Team Leader
    • Evaluating warehousing and distribution conditions on shelf life of the company products.
    • Waste management and control / NEMA / Energy Audits management
    • To inform, update and train the production personnel in the operation of a clean plant for the manufacture of safe and acceptable quality products.
    • Customer complaints: Working closely with both the marketing and research and development to ensure that all the customer complaints regarding quality of products are resolved satisfactorily.
    • Recording and reporting quality control evaluation results to the top management.
    • Ensuring that the government regulations on Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental issues, KEBS, US FDA, UKAS are met.
    • Training in Food safety, and conducting internal as well as external audits.
    • Managing hygiene standards within the company
    • Development of SOP for QA and external contractors, Security issues.
    • Ensure that all machines comply with all statutory issues/calibration .
    • Help in Kaizen implementation and other change programs.
    • Reporting and analyzing the Quality parameters in the ERP
