    Business Systems Analyst

    We seek a person who meets the criteria detailed below to fill the role of Business Systems Analyst in the Business Systems team.

    Responsibilities

    • ICT Systems research to provide creative and innovative solutions.
    • Collaborate with the Business to document requirements and functional specifications.
    • Create Business Case and Process Documentation using mapping tools such as flowchartsUML diagrams and BPMN charts.
    • Support Development, documentation, implementation and maintenance of
      • ERP on Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central.
      • CRM on MS Dynamics or D365 Customer Engagement.
      • Business Intelligence System on Power BI, SSAS & SSIS.
      • Intranet on SharePoint Online.
      • E-learning Management System on Moodle.
      • Apps Development using Microsoft PowerApps, Flow & Kaizala.
      • Help Desk System, Synchroteam field service management.
    • Routine end-user support, systems roll out and new training on business systems.
    • Perform any other ICT related tasks as may be directed by management from time to time

    Qualifications

    • Passionate about Business Process Analysis, Software development and learning newtechnologies.
    • Holders of an Upper 2nd class honours degree in Business & IT or closely related field from a recognized institution and aged not more than 35 years.
    • Minimum of 4 years’ work experience as a system analyst.
    • Knowledge of database environments preferably Microsoft SQLServer and Mysql.
    • Hands-on development experience with SharePointBusiness IntelligenceERPCRM or Helpdesk solutions will be an added advantage.
    • Relevant certifications in the Systems listed above will be an added advantage.

    Accounts Internship

    We are looking for qualified and talented young accounting professionals to fill the position of Accounts Intern.

    This is a three month internship programme that provides a challenging and stimulating work environment with excellent growth opportunities. Candidates who are successful in this programme stand a chance to be deployed within the company’s business units on permanent basis.

    Responsibilities

    • General ledger maintenance and analysis.
    • Cash office operations.
    • Bank reconciliation and cash book management.
    • Job costing.
    • Management accounts preparation

    Qualifications

    • Graduate in a relevant discipline from a recognised university.
    • Minimum Upper Second Class Hons Degree.
    • Fully Qualified CPA(K) or ACCA.
    • Excellent written and spoken English.
    • Basic computer skills including MS Office packages.
    • Experience in financial packages will be an added advantage.
    • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
