• Creativity

• Excellent Oral & Written communication
• Creative and innovation
• Proficcient in English Grammer

Responsibilities

• Present brand identities
• Select colors, images, text style, font-style, and layout
• Design any type of medium from graphics, product illustrations, logos, websites, and social media posts
• Ability to edit/modify pictures
• Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design 
• Review designs for errors before printing
• Taking responsibility over approvals and delivering a final product/design
• Create images that identify or convey a message
• Work closely with social media coordinators and content writers and understand the businesses that are being marketted
• Abide by the tasking system that are put in place

Key Performance Indicators

• Complete documentation of work that was done throughout the month
•  Provide suggestions to better enhance businesses that we market on social media
•  Timely submitting the designs to the social media coordinators (Beginning of the week designs for 3 days in advance should be submitted)
• Deliver according to the timeline placed 
• Achieve artistic creativity and progress with work
•  Ensure all designs are aligned with brand standards, maintaining visual style guide, and organization-wide commitment to brand consistency.
• Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups
• Creation of merchandise product design
