    Field Sales Account Executive, Uber Eats - Kenya

    Uber Eats delivers the best of your city right when you want it. Our curated menus feature dishes from the local spots you love and the ones you’ve always wanted to try. It’s the same cashless payment as an Uber ride. You just have to tap the app and get your food delivered right to your doorstep and enjoy!

    Uber Eats is looking for a Field Sales Account Executive who will prospect, negotiate, sign and lead successful launches of major local restaurant brands on Uber Eats in Kenya. This role calls for a combination of business development, stakeholder management, business strategy, operational excellence and problem-solving. You should be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, love solving problems, thrive in a startup culture, and above all be passionate about food.

    We are moving a mile a minute to make sure that Uber users, partner restaurants, and partner drivers are able to experience the magic of Uber Eats. The Field Sales Account Executive is a critical role that will leverage skills in both inside and field sales to set up partnerships for success on Uber Eats in Kenya.

    What You’ll Do

    • Develop and execute against a list of accounts through prospecting, qualifying and closing new businesses
    • Identify prospect needs and understand business drivers behind requests
    • Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales goals
    • Own city/territory accounts and market opportunity (in line with company targets)
    • Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline via Salesforce CRM.
    • Participate in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress
    • Communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email and in-person meetings.
    • Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats mission, brand, and product
    • Accelerate customer adoption through partnering with our onboarding teams
    • Capture, analyse and present market feedback on the product offer Uber Eats provides restaurant partners and capture inputs to continually refine it with respect to qualified customer feedback

    What You’ll Need

    • 2 years of minimum experience with B2B Sales
