We are looking for a creative and proactive individual who is looking for a Graphic Designer opportunity. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for planning and implementing creative designs. They will need to have a creative mindset and be familiar with the latest design trends and technology. They will be responsible for creating designs from concept to execution that generate consumer attention.

Overview:

• Our Client is seeking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creative design, with the ability to create visually compelling content that aligns with their brand\'s voice and mission. This role involves working closely with there marketing and content teams to produce high-quality graphics that will be used across various platforms.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts or related field, or minimum 3years’ experience as a Graphic Designer 
• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on motions.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software. Experience in motion graphics and video editing software is required. Knowledge of HTML is advantageous.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, particularly in digital graphics, motion graphics, and video editing.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and explain design concepts.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Design Creation: Develop and design engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, including social media posts, website banners, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphics and designs are consistent with Aether’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Motion Graphics: Create captivating motion graphics and animations to enhance our social media presence and marketing campaigns.
• Video Editing: Edit video content to produce high-quality videos for various platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media features, and industry developments to keep our content fresh and innovative.
• Feedback Integration: Revise designs based on feedback from the team and stakeholders to ensure the final product meets the desired vision and standards.
• HTML and Mailers (Advantageous): Assist in creating HTML mailers and other HTML-based content as needed.
