    Senior Technical Leader

    Senior Technical Leader Job At Lafayette Resources

    We are seeking to hire a Senior Technical Leader to lead the Digital Organization in our Client’s business.
    The person will lead a team of technical resources that will deliver and support digital experiences and capabilities to meet business strategies. This leader will assist in solution development by understanding digital trends, aligning business objectives, managing digital delivery and driving technical innovation.

    Technical Leader Job Responsibilities
    • Oversee multiple, simultaneous digital/technical work streams and support the organizations continued evolution in digital technology.
    • Effectively lead and develop the technical team members to achieve set objectives
    • Provide Technical leadership, execution, and ownership of large digital applications across multiple frameworks and platforms
    • Oversee the completion of high-level and low-level designs –leveraging internal and industry best practices, available tools, patterns, and products.
    • Proactively address/document technical issues and risks that could impact project schedule and/or integrity of the application environment
    • Leading the solution of complex technical, scalability or performance challenges
    • Manage the production run environments for accountable digital applications

    Qualifications For Technical Leader Job

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related disciple with a minimum of 5-6 years of work experience in
    • IT systems analysis and application program development
    • Experience managing and mentoring technical teams
    • Hands on experience working in development teams using agile development methods and supporting tools
    • Experience in a variety of digital applications
    • Exposure to modern web application development architectures, visual design and mobile web development
    • Superior organization skills with the ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment; Excellent analytical, problem solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present confidently
