    Business Process Analyst

    Key responsibilities;
    • Documentation of process information and flow charting
    • Identifying and analyzing business rules that govern the said processes
    • Re-designing processes and facilitating stakeholder groups to consensus regarding new business process designs
    • Testing and managing the execution of the new environment.
    • Monitoring and measuring effectiveness of processes to ensure consistent delivery of value.
    • Designing of procedure manuals and training of staff.
    The position involves travel.
