Responsibilities For Team Manager Job

• Responsible for SLA and PRR;
• Lead the team to complete the performance tasks assigned by the company, make reasonable performance prediction and personal performance distribution according to the comprehensive factors, provide timely guidance and assistance to the employees, and regularly assess the employees;
• Responsible for leading team building, optimization of work processes, development of internal work regulations, establishment of efficient work;
• Organization department staff training, improve the comprehensive quality of staff;
• Responsible for communication with relevant departments, coordination of daily work and sudden exception handling;
• Summary,analysis of sector-related data;
• Fine management of all of the service skills;
• Organize the regular meeting and team building;
• Make 1*1 communication with agents,and resolve the problems of employees

Team Manager Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in marketing / e – business / management;
• Fluent in English;
• Good leadership and ownership;
• At least 5 years experience in large-scale call center team management, Internet or call center background preferred;
• Excellent team management and communication, coordination, good customer service awareness and training skills;
• Proficiency in office softwares,like excel,word,PPT etc.;
• Excellent execution and overall planning capabilities;
• Agile thinking, meticulous rigorous, insightful, with good data analysis;
• Resilience, good at dealing with emergencies.
