Back Office Engineer Manager at Huawei Technologies

Job Description/Responsibilities 

1. OWS（Operation Web Service）Application Development & Management. (OWS Training will be offered.)

2. Act as Back Office leader to support the site's Active maintenance, including BTS, Radio and Optical Transmission equipments.

3. Provide training to site teams for the usage of the developed APPs and the maintenance of the site active equipments.

4. Work with the site teams and the next level support teams to ensure the health check will be done properly and the reported problems will be resolved within SLA.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or above degree in Engineering or Computer.

2. More than 5 years work experience;

3. Have at least 1 year experience in software development or 2 years experience in maintenance for either microwave products or wireless products is advantageous.

4. Fluent in English as a work language.

5. Good communication skills and team work characters, maintaining good relationships with customers, and be logical and well organized. 

6. Team leader is preferred.

7. Some travel is expected.
