    Tele-Sales and Customer Service Agent

    Job Description:

     

    • Inbound / Outbound Call Handling
    • Customer Relationship Management
    • Digital Marketing – Social Media Updates
    • Responding to Corporate Emails.
    • Comprehensive Training

     

    Competitive monthly Remuneration Package including

     

    1. Commissions on Sales Targets or KPI achievement
    2. Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Spot Incentives
    3. Bonuses on Exceptional Performance Levels.
    4. A Transportation Allowance

     

    Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year working experience

     

    As a Tele-Sales or Customer Service Representative.
