a) Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail the following:
1. Assisting in the operation of various broadcasting and information equipment in radio/television/film studios, computer laboratories, engineering laboratories and dark room;
2. Assist in the demonstration on the use of the equipment to the trainees; and
3. Work under the supervision and guidance of a senior trainer.
b) For appointment to this grade an officer must have:
For appointment to this grade an applicant must have:
(i) Diploma in Mass Communication/multimedia from a recognized institution
(ii) Must have served successfully for at least three (3) years as Studio Technical Operator II KICD 7 or its equivalent and has proven competency;
(iii) Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results;
(iv) Proficient in computer use and application; and
(v) Team player and self-motivated.
