Water Bills
o Processing Payments
o Customer Care ticket resolution
o Maintaining reports & trackers
• New Water Connections
o Quotations
o Cost / Benefit Analysis
o Water Company registration
• Maintenance
o GL Payments
o GL Programme (programme TBD)
o Shelving
o Materials disposal
• Communications
o Calling Academy Managers and other stakeholders as needed
o Designing Customer Care call campaigns and forms
o Creating PDF reports and emailing to academy stakeholders as needed
• Data Collection & Analysis
o Manage trackers & spreadsheets
o Clean data when needed
o Analyse data and create charts and other visualizations
o Export survey results and design surveys for field staff
• Administrative Functions
o Photocopying, scanning, document assembly
o Scheduling and calendarizing events
o Document processing
o Other programme execution
• Backstopping
o Learning the core portfolios of other Associates to handle their duties while on leave
o Stepping up in the event of the absence of team members
o Strengthening the overall team capacity by understanding the role of others and being able to carry out those tasks as needed
