    Digital Marketing Manager

    Digital Marketing Role brief: Oversees the planning, implementation and on-going maintenance of digital platforms, corporate website, digital marketing campaigns including the development and implementation of mobile platforms, social media campaigns and all online promotional activity consistent with marketing strategies and corporate brand strategy

    Required skills:

    • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
    • Proven working experience in digital marketing
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
    • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Project management of key digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
    • Implement, and contribute to corporate and product SEM strategy
    • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for major KPI’s across all digital channels
    • Plan and coordinate promotion calendar for corporate and product brands
    • Create, edit and coordinate the distribution of content
    • Help QA and test digital marketing projects

    • Build and maintain subscription list for both online and offline activities
    • develop traffic generation strategy for digital platforms
    • Monitoring multi-channel SE0 for all brands
    • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
    • Managing the redesign of the company website.
    • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
    • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
    • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
    • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. • Monitor digital trends and competitors' digital activities
    • Distribution on press releases online
    • Drive brand awareness via linking
    • Attend industry and company events for purposes of digital update and tracking
    • Improve on digital interaction techniques for all departments
