Duties and responsibilities

• In charge of the Community Rehabilitation centre
• Supervision of staff
• Management of programmes in the rehabilitation centre
• Staff discipline in the rehabilitation centre
• Planning and Budgeting for the rehabilitation centre
• Custodian of rehab centre equipment and facilities

Qualifications and competencies

1. Bachelors degree in psychology/sociology/public health
2. Three years of experience in managing and planning of treatment and rehabilitation services with at least one year at management
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, participatory management style and good communication skills
4. Certified addiction professional will be an added advantage
5. Excellent capability for judgment, management and problem solving skills
6. Excellent computer skills
