The main purpose of the job is to undertake local and overseas purchasing for company goods and services.

Responsibilities for the Procurement Job

• Vendor sourcing, assessment and management
• Accurate and timely order processing and delivery
• Preparation and adherence to approved vendor and material specification lists
• Monitoring usage and reviewing and managing lead times
• Process, Data and information management through existing ERP (Syspro, Q-Pulse etc)
• Performance monitoring and reporting

Qualifications for the Procurement Job

• Procurement graduate or Business graduate with CIPS qualifications
• Three years working experience in a similar environment
• Knowledge and experience in Purchasing MIS
