Job Profile - Responsibilities
• Responsibility of stock in the branches.
• Daily communication to the Regional manager and Sales Manager.
• Training of the sales team regarding sales techniques and going with them into the field.
• Weekly report about sales activities.
• Reaching at least the agreed number of sales on a monthly basis.
Personal Profile - Qualifications
• 3-5 years working experience in the Solar sector/relevant business as a Branch Manager.
• Experience on how to guide a sales team and permanent recruiting of DSR ( Sales people).
