    Planning Officer & Co-Ordinator

    The Planning Officer/Co-coordinator is responsible for planning and forecasting of the required quality and quantity of RM/PM stock supplies to ensure that there is continual flow of the production. They also give reports of the stock flow & aging analysis.

    Planning Officer & Co-Ordinator Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for checking on the re- order level of goods. (RM/PM)
    • Is responsible for running MRP in SAP.
    • Deals on monthly local reorder for the Raw and Production Material goods.
    • Prepares a worksheet for the Raw Materials and Production Materials.
    • Prepares monthly stock value report and presents it to the finance department.
    • Takes the responsibility on Goods Received Note to ensure that the quality and quantity is in accordance to the order and also keeps track of the goods entering in to the organization.
    • Checks on the accountability by checking comparing the Raw Material and Production Material section in relation to the finished goods.
    • Checks on daily and monthly production plan.
    • Follows up on RM and PM orders,
    • Oversees the offloading of containers to ensure it’s done in an effective manner.
    • Forwards copies of receivables to the stores department.
    • Perform any other duty assigned to him/her from time to time.

    Qualifications for the Planning Officer & Co-Ordinator Job

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Commerce/ Accounting/ Supplies Management
    • Organizational skills with attention to detail,
    • Excellent Analytical skills,
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision,
    • Team work and team spirit,
    • Good communication skills and
    • Accountability.
    • Minimum of three (3) years working experience in similar position
