    Sales and Marketing Executives

    Sales & Marketing Job Responsibilities

    • Bring in new clients by identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position inthe industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
    • Selling and Marketing furniture products by establishing contact and developing relationships with potential customers that visit the showroom or during field work; recommending solutions.
    • Maintaining relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
    • Creating Quotations and Proposals for Potential and Existing Customers.
    • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
    • Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge of the brand, the product and company standards and protocols.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Qualifications for the Sales & Marketing Job

    • Must have a minimum of 3 years work experience in Sales and Marketing position. Candidates who have worked in the Office furniture and Kitchens industry have an added advantage.
    • Candidates should have strong retail background.
    • Strong Analytical thinking, result oriented and excellent Negotiation skills.
    • Personnel engagement into the role and the brand.
    • Profound retail operational knowledge, understanding of store’s trading dynamics.
    • Willingness and potential for learning and development.
    • Good understanding of store operation methods and standard service processes.
      Exceptional planning and execution skills.
    • Able to conduct operation analysis and produce regular reports.
    • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills. Including Smart Attire and good Etiquette.
    • Have a passion for customer service.
    • Good understanding of consumers’ psychology.
    • Be able to handle common complaints.
    • At least basic knowledge on Windows, Excel, Word, Paint, Mailing.
    • Cooperate with production and finance department.
    • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
    • Willing to grow with the company.
    • Fluency in English
    • A Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business.
