    Regional Sales Manager

    The role:

    • The position will report directly to the Regional Marketing Manager and responsible for developing the regional sales strategy.
    • Supply planning and liaising with farming and production operations.
    • Developing and presenting business cases/strategies on a quarterly and annual bases to the senior management team.
    • Lead a team of sales and supply chain professionals.
    • Win and develop new and existing clients, including negotiating contractual agreements.

    The successful applicant will have:

    • 5 year senior sales management experience, within a relevant environment
    • Excellent knowledge of the agricultural sector, ideally having spent part of their career in a farming function.
    • A strong management background, having lead teams and developed successful sales strategies.
    • Strong financial and analytical skills.
    • Educated to a degree level.
