Working closely with the respective line managers, the successful candidate will coordinate & ensure that HR functional support is provided in the areas of recruitment, employee relations and human resource development.
• The ideal candidate must have a Degree in HRM/Social Sciences or equivalent and be a member of IHRM.
• S/he should have a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a busy Human Resource department, be proficient in MS Office packages with excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills:
• Be able to work under pressure and maintain strict confidentiality.
