Roles for the Internal Auditor Job

• Objectively review an organization’s business processes
• Conduct a day to day auditing of all departments within the company to make sure records are balanced.
• Evaluate the efficacy of risk management procedures that are currently in place
• Protect against fraud and theft of the organization’s assets
• Ensure that the organization is complying with relevant laws and statutes
• Make recommendations on how to improve internal controls and governance processes

Qualifications for the Internal Auditor Job

• University Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Fully-qualified Accountant with CPA, ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum Two Years’ Experience.
