Duties for the Workforce Planning Contractor Job

• Responsible for the day to day delivery workforce planning and information services
• Provide expertise and support as required to Regional Operations, HR team and Regional Sales & Operations staff through data analysis
• Liaise with HR to establish a link between the workforce plans and recruitment activity including selecting, orientation, and training.
• Coordinate Regional Administration to ensure smooth operations and high quality workforce management.
• Coordinate outsourced agencies and follow through on documentation, on-boarding, training, performance management, leave, wellness and remuneration as per contract.
• Regional Administration to ensure smooth operations and high quality workforce management
• Accountable for employee motivation, development and wellness.Drive the departmental Internal communication strategy
• Drive company NPS

Workforce Planning Contractor Job Requirements

• Degree in business discipline or Social Sciences.
• Expert Level in Statistical Analysis tools
• Proven experience in HR and Labour Related issues.
• Proactive, confident, energetic and able to work under pressure with a positive attitude and use good organization skills.
• Mentoring/coaching skills/experience.Excellent interpersonal skills.Management and Leadership skills
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.
