    Senior Manager Indirect Channel

    Reporting to the Head of Department – SME Regional Operations, the position holder will formulate and ensure execution of the go to market strategy and indirect channel development plans, allocate resources to ensure execution of partners and channels road map, align the sales team on the go to market plan and channel development and management plans, manage, develop, motivate and coach the team to ensure high productivity.

    Roles for the Senior Manager Indirect Channel Job

    • Formulate the go to market and acquisition plans through the dealers, partners & agencies.
    • Develop high level sales strategies necessary to deliver the partners and channels agreed sales objectives.
    • Develop an audit plan and tools to assess sales opportunities in the market.
    • Manage the selection, growth, development, performance, motivation and recommend the reward of the team and support staff.
    • Mentor, coach and lead the team to enable them realize their full potential.
    • Clear development plans for each manager.
    • Review performance of the channels on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and ensure adherence to the use of agreed tools, processes and standards.
    • Manage alignment of all territory sales team to the partners and channels approved roadmap.
    • Manage execution of DOSA and ensure retention of high performing dealers and partners and termination of non-performers.
    • Proactively attend to all channel/SME customers related issues, ensure consistent quality of service provided, and get an excellent customer rating.

    Senior Manager Indirect Channel Job Requirements

    • Successful track record of working with strategic, technology, resell and services partners on go-to-market for joint offerings and traditional channel marketing tactics
    • Enterprise, Telecommunications, electronics, Software and/or SaaS experience
    • Strong knowledge of channels – including distributors and value added resellers
    • Proven track record of developing successful partner lead generation programs
    • Deep analytical skill set to identify insights and optimize execution of campaigns/programs
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with stakeholders and communicate findings to senior leadership
    • 10+ years experience in driving high technology channel management

    Personal Characteristics:

    • Excellent people manager and team player, who values other views and can earn stakeholder confidence quickly and exert influence.
    • Ability to multi-task and work in cross-functional, fast-paced environments with the pressure of multiple deadlines, multiple partners/ vendors and complexity.
    • Experience and desire for working in a start-up environment, contributing to developing business infrastructure and aggressively scaling a high growth business
    • .Exceptional communication skills, including proven success with executive presentations that requires taking complex data sets and boiling down into meaningful insights.
    • A passion for both sales and marketing, and building strong external partner and industry relationships.
