    Customer Care Representative

    Job Summary: The overall responsibility of the position is to ensure a link between the company and its clients, ensuring better service delivery and efficiency in operations as well as supporting growth in sales.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    • Sale order processing
    • Invoicing
    • Responding to customer enquiries and issues
    • Preparing quotations
    • Facilitating order delivery
    • Client communication – both internal and external
    • Records and document management
    • Compiling relevant reports

    Academic Qualifications & Experience

    • Graduate with a relevant degree from a reputable institution
    • At least one year experience in customer service
    • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Conversant with customer service principles and practices
    • Computer literate
    • Prior use of an ERP system will be an added advantage
