Global Content Lead Job Responsibilities

Content Strategy

• Develop and oversee Nova Pioneer’s content strategy and creation across all platforms with clear and measurable goals
• Establish goals and priorities for both feature and daily planning with the team in both geographies
• Identify key areas for growth in audience, engagement, traffic and conversion
• Story Telling
• Develop shareable storytelling assets customized to different platforms and audiences and help tell our brand stories through consistent and compelling content
• Develop Nova Pioneer’s brand narratives and other creative inputs that drive a streamlined content plan across all geographies

Content Optimization

• Develop our story dashboard across geographies and work with the data team to measure performance
• Leverage analytics to drive editorial decisions, from story ideation to distribution, properly segmenting our customer base and delivering customized content that promotes high levels of engagement
• Perform multivariate testing, and monitor the story dashboard to make weekly recommendations

Design & Execution

• Personally oversee and own the results for all content production across channels and format types.
• Ability to create all types of visual content in Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to guarantee our visuals (images, graphics, etc.) align with defined voice

Qualifications for the Global Content Lead Job

• 3+ years experience with Content Marketing or similar background
• Strong understanding of how content is shared and consumed differently across digital, social and mobile platforms
• Extensive graphic design and production experience for web, print, and video
• Ability to use analytics to help drive daily decisions and overall strategy
• Project management experience, including a consistent track record of delivering results
• Experience managing copy writers, editors, and creatives
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, in a high-pressure environment, and consistently meet deadlines for project deliverables
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Powerpoint, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; bonus: After Effects, Premiere, and Blender
• A solid online portfolio demonstrating command of typography, color, and layout.
