    HOUSING SALES MANAGER

    Description

    • To motivate sales agents to generate leads and close sales through effective training programs on how to acquire customers, negotiate, end user financing and sale documentation.
    • Set weekly, monthly and yearly targets for the team and track them through sales meetings and performance reviews.
    • Interview and hire new sales associates, and terminate unsatisfactory performers
    • Report on sale performance and strategies to board and management; determine pricing strategy, price schedules and discount rates.
    • Manage, coordinate and motivate company sales and marketing functions to achieve required sales targets.
    • Help to implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing functions and to facilitate integration with other
    • Review Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers. Give advice to the board and management based on these findings.
    • Help to Plan, develop and execute sales strategies in conjunction with board and management
    • Give feed back on, and participate in the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
    • Establish and maintain appropriate budgets for sales campaigns and initiatives. Prepare budgets and secure SBU head approval on budget expenditures.
    • Work closely with company marketing/commercial department to blend the direct sales/ marketing requirements with broader communications strategy and creation of product collateral.
    • Procure and manage external sales agencies as required.
    • Review and provide input into sales documentation and agreements.
    • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results
    • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in a business related field, preferably Commercial Property, Marketing or Investments.
    • Minimum of 5 years real estate industry experience in a sales/marketing management capacity.

    Desirable Skills

    • Experience in strategic planning and execution of real estate investment sales and marketing
    • Ability to manage internal and external resources where appropriate to produce quality materials within tight timeframes.
    • Proven knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and meeting revenue expectations.
