Job Purpose
To provide accounting advisory services across a range of clients.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications Required
Technical competencies required for this role
1. Desire to enhance technical accounting skills.
2. Ability to demonstrate extensive abilities and a proven track record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs.
3. Ability to build, maintain, and utilize networks of client relationships and community involvement.
4. Ability to communicate value propositions, manage resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.
5. Ability to maintain project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues; and preparing complex written and verbal materials.
6. Ability to demonstrate extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in a role managing a wide range of accounting and advisory-related projects, consistently
demonstrating creative thinking and individual initiative.
7. Ability to lead and serve as a member of multiple client engagement teams and deliver within short deadlines.
8. Ability to maintain positive, productive and professional relationships with client personnel and colleagues.
9. Proficiency in MS Suite of packages and google suite
