Group CEO at RTS GLOBAL PARTNERS

The CEO will work closely with the Managing Director to develop and establish operating policies and objectives of the Board and insure their adequate execution and appraise and evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically.

• Implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the Goal of the organization.
• Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external;
• Provide accurate reports on the operating condition of the Company.
• Keep up with Market and Industry Trends
• Manage the Business Operations in line with Company Policies, plans and budgets and to meet the Financial goals as per Board of Directors
• Ensure Company's overall growth in the Market
• Mentor & direct reports to cultivate skills and to increase consciousness of the interrelationship between each department in the operations groups.
• Provide direction to a service organization that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the Company
• Insurance Industry experience a plus**
• Responsible for capital planning and expenditures.
• Over 15 years in a Senior Level position. International experience a plus.

Education and Experience

• Postgraduate degree or MBA
• The Ideal candidate must be adept at solving diverse business problems with strong relationship management skills
• Proven Management and Analytical skills
• The Ideal Candidate must be strategic in developing plans and have the ability to influence stakeholders towards achieving company's strategic priorities.
• Demonstrate a dynamic, entrepreneurial approach to drive the business forward
• In-Depth knowledge of Corporate Governance and General managment best practicies
• Have a strong track record of leading and building businesses, ideally with board level experience.
