Job description
The Center Manager is responsible for embodying the Company’s values and holding her team accountable to embody the Company’s value to lead the general operations of a childcare and early learning center. The Center Manager is responsible for the successful operations and implementation of the Company’s value to deliver best-in-class child development and childcare services for children 3 months of age to 4 years of age. The Center Manger is also responsible for maximizing revenue to reach Company targets and owning the P&L management of the center to reach profit targets.
The Center Manager coordinates and controls all services of the center, exercising independent judgment and decision-making authority to implement the Company's policies and procedures appropriately and manage and train staff to excel in their roles.
Strong outgoing personality is required as it is a customer facing industry with a sales component. A love of and willigness to work with young children is required but no requirement for previous childcare experience or ECD. Excellent computer skills and English reading, writing, and speaking skills are required. Proven ability to work in a team and general curiosity and proactiveness in required.
