Motorcycle Rider at National Environment Management Authority (NEMA)

Job Responsibilities

• Collection and dispatch of mail;
• Cycle in a responsible manner that does not endanger other road users or pedestrians and observing speed limits and Highway Code
• Taking good care of the motorcycle assigned; keeping it clean; and ensuring that tyre pressure, fuel, oil, water and all other fluids are topped-up at all times;
• Maintaining a work ticket;
• Reporting any defects, accidents or breakdowns;
• Checking that the motorcycle’s Insurance Cover is up to date;
• Making sure that the service and maintenance schedule is adhered to;
• Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• KCSE Certificate minimum grade D (plain) or it’s equivalent.
• Clean driving licence Class FG free from any endorsements.
• First Aid Certificate of not less than one (1) week from St. Johns or KIBHT or a recognised institution.
• Four (4) years’ relevant experience.
• Certificate of Good Conduct from Criminal Investigation Department.
