• A diploma in agriculture
• atleast 3 years working experience on cash and food crops{mainly coffee} and related intiatives.
• exprience in conducting farmer field school[FFS]
• Excellent oral and written communication skills .
• should have planning and manegerial skills.
• enough computer knowledge and skills.
• able to work independently.
